Naomi Pendrigh
Having completed her studies at Oxford University and the College of Law Naomi qualified as a solicitor with leading London private client law firm, Withers, in 1994. Shortly thereafter she joined Pendrigh Makin at their Reigate offices. Naomi specialises in “Private Client” matters and is an expert in the field of Wills, Trusts and Probate together with the Inheritance Tax that can arise in these situations. Naomi can advise you upon the various options that you may wish to consider in making a Will or arrangements for the future. Naomi also specialises in property matters and advises upon all aspects of property issues including buying or selling residential and commercial property.

Justin Makin
Justin graduated from Bristol University where he was active in the arenas of music and theatre. He then worked as journalist with The Independent before deciding to pursue a career in Law. Having studied at the College of Law, Justin qualified as a solicitor in 1995 with Baileys Shaw & Gillett in London. He worked in Surrey and Hampshire before joining Farmar & Shirreff solicitors in Sevenoaks in 1996. Justin became a partner of Farmar & Shirreff and joined with Naomi in 2005 to form Pendrigh Makin solicitors. Justin is a specialist family lawyer with experience in all aspects of relationship breakdown including those with an international element. Justin is a fully qualified Collaborative Lawyer being a founder member of the Kent Collaborative Law Group and East Surrey Collaborative Law Group. He is also a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel. Whilst being a tough negotiator Justin’s focus in dealing with family issues has always been to try and broker amicable resolutions avoiding Court action unless absolutely necessary. Justin also specialises in private client matters and can advise upon Wills, Trusts and Probate issues.

Ros Healy
Ros completed her studies in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey and then the College of Law in London. She qualified as a solicitor in 1988 with Boyd & Hutchinson and later became a partner of the established London firm Evil & Coleman in 1991 before moving to Kent in 1996. Formerly the head of family law at Wynne Baxter in East Sussex, Ros joined Justin at Farmar & Shirreff in 2004 and became a partner at Pendrigh Makin in 2006. Ros is a specialist family solicitor with detailed knowledge of all aspects of relationship breakdown. Ros is an accredited specialist with Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and a fully qualified Collaborative Lawyer. Ros also has an extensive knowledge and significant experience of employment matters. She acts for and advises both employers and employees in respect of these issues.
